Items are due to arrive within 5-7 business days for in stock items under normal circumstances but does NOT APPLY to holiday season. Many of our items are consigned to us by our clients so it may take up to 2 -3 weeks for an item to arrive. This includes delivery time of the product to our warehouse as well as inspection by our professional curation team. If you hope to receive the item urgently, please inquire before you place an order. 

Is a signature required upon deliver?

In order to help ensure the the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon deliver for all orders.

What is your return policy?

Generally we do NOT accept refunds unless given a legitimate reason and we are notified within 7 days after receipt of item purchased. Because all our items are pre-loved and many are consigned to us by our clients, if the reason is simply because you changed your mind or you did not like it, rather than the quality of the product or you believe we grossly represented to item you purchased, we cannot process a refund. As for other situations, reserve the right to approve a refund or not.

Within 3 business days upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
